Max India Limited (MIL) was originally incorporated as Advaita Allied Health Services Limited on January 23, 2019. Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to Max India Limited effective July 01, 2020. MIL is the holding company of Max Groups Senior Care business, i.e.

Antara Senior Living Limited and Antara Purukul Senior Living Limited (residences for seniors) and Antara Assisted Care Services Limited (Care Homes and Services, AGEasy, Antara Integrated Wellness Clinics).Max India is a multi-business corporate that is focused on people and service oriented businesses in the area of health and life care. The Company is engaged in the activity of making, holding and nurturing its investments in various businesses/ activities and also provides management consultancy services to group companies. Antaras first residential community in Dehradun comprises nearly 200 apartments spread across 14 acres of land.

In January 2020, it launched a new senior living facility in Noida, Sector-150. Antaras Assisted Care Services include Care Homes and Care at Home and MedCare products. They cater to seniors over the age of 55, who need more immersive interventions in their daily lives due to medical or age-related issues.Company completed the monetisation of its non-core asset - three floors at Max Towers, Noida - for around Rs 105 crores in May 2025, strengthening the liquidity position.

Its Care Homes business vertical achieved 38% revenue growth with approximately 300 beds operational across NCR and Bengaluru. The Company has expanded the footprint of Antara Assisted Care Services Limited in South India, launching Care Homes in Bengaluru and Chennai in FY 2025.During FY 2026, Company has scaled operations across all business verticals. It expanded senior living presence in Gurugram, have improved Care Homes bed capacity, specialized care-at-home services, and enhanced AGEasy foundationally.

The Company also initiated the Antara Integrated Wellness Clinic (AIWC) in Gurugram, to help people across certain age groups, including Ayurveda.
