This is to inform you under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held on Monday, September 04, 2023 and the said meeting commenced at 04:00 pm and concluded at 05:00 p.m. Outcome OF 39 AGM (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 30/09/2023) Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, we hereby submitting the detailed voting results along with scrutinizer report of for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Friday, September 29, 2023 which was scheduled at 04.00 P.M. and Started at 04.05 P.M through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM) (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 03.10.2023) We hereby submit a proceedings of 39th AGM held on September 29, 2023 along with clarification on delayed submission of the proceedings of 39th Annual General Meeting of the Company (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 10/04/2024)
