(As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 29/09/2023) Dear Sir/ Madam, Due to inadvertence, there was an error in the voting results submitted on 29th September, 2023 of the Annual General Meeting held on 28th September, 2023, please find attached revised voting results pursuant to Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. We request you to kindly take the same on record.
