Approval of Notice for calling Annual General Meeting on 25th September, 2023 for the Financial Year Ended on 31st March, 2023 Pursuant to Reg. 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 12th August, 2023 approved the appointment of Mrs. Payal Sharma, Company Secretary (COP: 8116) as the scrutniser of the company for the ensuing 30th AGM for the F.Y. 2022-23. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 12.08.2023) in terms of Reg 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (LODR), Regulations 2015, we wish to inform you that 31st AGM of M/s Sindhu Trade Links Limited is scheduled to be held on 25th September, 2023 at 11.00 AM through VC / OAVM. Pursuant to Reg 42 of Listing Regulations the Register of Members & Share Transfer of the Company will remain closed from Monday 18th September, 2023 till Monday 25th September, 2023 for the purpose of holding the AGM of the Company on 25th September, 2023. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 30.08.2023) The 31st AGM of the Company was convened and held on Monday 25th September, 2023 through VC/OAVM and concluded at 11.22 AM. The requisite Quorum was present and meeting was called in order. Mr. Rudra Sen Sindhu Chaired the Meeting. The Voting was conducted through Evtoing. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 25/09/2023) Consolidate Scrutinizer Report on remote e-voting conducted pursuant to the provisions of section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, and Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 as amended by Companies (Management and Administration) Amendment Rules, 2015 and remote e-voting at the 31st AGM of the members of Sindhu Trade Links Limited held on 25th September, 2023 at 11:00 AM IST through Two way VC/OAVM, (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 27/09/2023)
