SAMHI Hotels IPO allotment out today; Check details here

The allotment of shares for the Samhi Hotels IPO was officially completed on September 21, 2023. The pricing range for the SAMHI Hotels IPO was set at Rs 119 to Rs 126 per equity share, with each share having a face value of Rs 1.

Investors can check their allotment status on either the BSE website or the Kfin Technologies website, as KFIN Technologies serves as the IPO registrar for both companies. To access their application status, investors will need to provide either their PAN details or application number.

The SAMHI Hotels IPO received strong investor interest, with a subscription rate of 5.33 times at the time of closing.

The listing date for Samhi Hotels has been confirmed for Friday, September 22, on both the NSE and BSE.

SAMHI Hotels' IPO, valued at Rs 1,370 crore, included a fresh equity issue of Rs 1,200 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 1.35 crore equity shares.
