  1. Coal India: The government of India is selling 9.24 crore equity shares or 1.5% stake in the country’s largest coal mining company on June 1 and June 2 as a promoter.
  2. Adani Group: The conglomerate is looking to raise about $3 billion through an equity share sale to institutional investors.
  3. HDFC Life Insurance Company: Promoter entity Abrdn (Mauritius Holdings) 2006 Limited has made exit from the life insurance company selling its entire stake of 3.56 crore shares or 1.66%.
  4. Laurus Labs: The drug firm announced on Wednesday that it is acquiring an additional 7.24 percent stake in Immunoadoptive Cell Therapy (ImmunoACT) Private Ltd for Rs 80 crore.

  6. Rainbow Children’s Medicare: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the healthcare company, R Gowrisankar has resigned due to personal reasons with effect from May 31.
  7. South Indian Bank: The bank announced that its board of directors approved the panel of candidates for the position of the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer (MD & CEO) of the bank.
  8. Goldstone TechnologiesGTL has announced a partnership with Quantron AG, a prominent German e-mobility company, to form a joint venture focused on tapping into the fleet management market’s significant potential.
  9. Max Healthcare Institute: Singapore has bought additional 66.6 lakh shares in the company via open market transactions at an average price of Rs 549.53 per share, amounting to Rs 366 crore.
  10. Sona BLW Precision ForgingsAccording to the information provided, Societe Generale has acquired an additional 81.97 lakh shares in an auto ancillary company at an average price of Rs 503 per share. The total value of these shares amounts to Rs 412.34 crore. Additionally, the Government of Singapore has purchased an additional 36.43 crore shares in the same company at an average price of Rs 540.44 per share.
