Public Issue of 1,09,00,545 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each for cash at a price of Rs.440 per equity share including a share premium of Rs.430 per equity share by Onmobile Global Ltd (The Company or The Issuer), consisting of a fresh issue of 86,13,356 Equity shares and an offer for sale of 22,87,189 Equity share by Onmobile Systems Inc.( The Selling Shareholder or OMSI) aggreagating Rs.479.62 Crores (the Issue). the issue would cnstitute 18.99% of the fully diluted post issue paid-up capital of the company. Issue price is Rs.440/- per Equity share of Face Value Rs.10. Issue price is 44 times the face value.
