Advanced Enzyme Technologies Limited's revenue for the quarter came in at Rs108.63cr, up by 26.9% yoy. The operating profit for Q4FY18 came in at Rs48.40cr which increased by 43.4% yoy. The EBITDA margin expanded by ~513bps yoy to 44.6% in Q4FY18. The net profit after tax stood at Rs28.34cr, up by 30.1% in Q4FY18.

• Revenue from human healthcare and industrial processing segments increased by 28% and 29% yoy to Rs78.9cr and Rs5.3cr respectively in Q4FY18. However, revenue from animal healthcare and food segments declined by 3% and 14% yoy to Rs13.9cr and Rs5.1cr respectively in Q4FY18.
• The total segmental revenue split for FY18 consists of 76% human healthcare, 13% animal healthcare, 6% industrial processing and 5% food.
• Company has concentrated geographical revenue sources from India (45% of FY18 revenue) and USA (47% of FY18 revenue).
• Net debt-equity ratio of the company stood at 0.01x as on March 31, 2018.
• Gross profit margin of the company increased significantly by ~641bps yoy to 83% in Q4FY18.
• Employee benefit expenses and other expenses increased significantly by 39.8% and 26.1% yoy to Rs190.23cr and Rs226.92cr respectively in Q4FY18.
• The effective tax rate of the company for FY18 stood at 33% as against 32% in FY17.
• Board of Directors proposed the final dividend for FY18 of Rs0.5 per equity share and the same will be paid after approval of shareholders in the annual general meeting of the company.

Technical View:

Advanced Enzyme Technologies Ltd ended at Rs. 227.50, down by 2.85 points or 1.24% from its previous closing of Rs. 230.35 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 234.90 and touched a high and low of Rs. 234.90 and Rs. 225.40 respectively. A total of 4,15,952 (NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The stock traded above its 200 DMA.
