CitiusTech acquires Wilco Source

CitiusTech, a health tech and consulting company, has purchased Wilco Source for an unknown sum.

Wilco Source was a partner of Salesforce, offering the latter’s customer relationship management (CRM) and cloud solutions to healthcare and life science organizations.

The transaction will enable CitiusTech to broaden its product offerings and appeal to more clients, according to the Gurgaon-based business.

According to Bhaskar Sambasivan, CEO of CitiusTech, “pharma and healthcare organizations are investing heavily in platforms like Salesforce to alter the patient and end-user experience.” We made this investment because we want to be in this market as part of our 3×10 plan.

The company’s 3×10 strategy is to triple corporate growth while generating ten times more value for clients.
