First ever GoaInstawalk held to mark Nature Photography Day

Goa Tourism's way to welcome the monsoons and highlight the greener side of Goa.

Goa Tourism organize the first ever GoaInstawalk at the Goa Forest Department in Panjim on the occasion of Nature Photography Day. This event was an integrated social media on-ground activation, wherein the event was promoted through Goa Tourisms social media properties and then the pictures clicked during the event by the participants were showcased on these platforms with Goa Tourisms Instagram property being at the forefront.

Participants after clicking had to upload the photographs on various social networking platforms, including Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. There were 14 participants who joined Goa Tourism for the walk. The event was lead by Dr.Kuheli Bhattacharya, a blogger, writer, traveler and photographer.

The event gave all the participants an opportunity to capture the greener side of Goas nature trails in all their glory during the monsoon.

This initiative was Goa Tourism's way to welcome the monsoons and highlight the greener side of Goa.

The walk started from the Bhagwan Mahaveer Park in Panjim followed by the Kala Academy and culminating at the Francisco Luis Gomes Garden. The enthusiasm and creativity of all the participants made the event a big success. Goa Tourism hopes to organize more such walks to highlight the unexplored hidden beauty all over Goa.
