Earlier this month, Minda Corp had announced its plan to incorporate a 100% wholly-owned subsidiary (WOS) Company in India for the Design, Development & Manufacturing of Electric Vehicle’s parts & components.
On Sensex, Minda Corp settled at Rs101.10 per piece up 1.25%. The stock had touched an intraday high and low of Rs104.35 per piece and Rs100.25 per piece during trading hours.
