Adani Enterprises spurts 3% after taking over Ahmedabad International Airport

In less than two weeks, Adani has taken over of three international airports at Mangaluru, Lucknow and Ahmedabad.

Adani Enterprises was trading at Rs361.10 per piece surging by 2.66% on Sensex, at around 12.30 pm. The stock has gained to an intraday high of Rs362.70 per piece on Monday. The performance comes after when the company took control of Ahmedabad International Airport.

In its regulatory filing, Adani Enterprises said, "we have commenced commercial operations at Ahmedabad International Airport with effect from 7th November 2020."

In less than two weeks, Adani has taken over of three international airports at Mangaluru, Lucknow and Ahmedabad.

Adani Enterprises began operations at Mangaluru airport on October 31, 2020, followed by Lucknow airport on November 02, 2020, and Ahmedabad airport on November 07, 2020.

Notably, the Civil Aviation ministry has also signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Adani Group's three entities for providing services like customers, immigration and securities at the above-mentioned airports.
