Adani Enterprises subsidiary awarded Rs1,040cr Telangana-based HAM road project by NHAI

Adani Enterprises (AEL) announced on Wednesday that a wholly-owned subsidiary, Adani Road Transport (ATRL) has been awarded one more  Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) Road Project from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).

As per AEL's regulatory filing, ARTL recently participated in the tender under the HAM project issued by NHAI.

With that, ARTL has received a letter of award (LOA) for the below-mentioned road project in the state of Telangana:
  • Four laning of NH-365A from Kodad (Design Km 0.00/Existing Km 185.00 of NH-65) to Khammam (Design Km 31.800/ Existing Km 29.400) (Design Length = 31.800 Km) in the State of Telangana under Bharatmala Pariyojana on Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM).

AEL said, "ARTL would continue to evaluate and bid for attractive opportunities in the transport sector which generates value for the stakeholders. The Group would use its immense expertise and experience of setting up complex and mammoth infrastructure projects in record time and to world-class quality standards and also successfully operating them."

ARTL's bid amounted to Rs1,039.90cr for the project.

With the latest project, Adani Group will have a total of Eight NHAI road projects under HAM and Toll-Operate-Transfer (TOT) in the states of Chhattisgarh, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Kerala and Gujarat.

On Sensex, Adani Enterprises ended at Rs1025.60 per piece down by 3.08%.
