Digvijay Singh and Mahant Raghumuniji Maharaj unveiled intricacies of The Kumbh with “The Mystic Faith- For a Drop of Nector”

Kumbh is a magical world of liberated and immeasurable traditions, beliefs, rituals, and faith matted with a myriad of hidden meanings. Shri Manoj Thakkar and Mr. Jayesh Rajpal, have brought one such celestial experience in their new book “The Mystic Faith- For a Drop Of Nector”. The Book has been published under United Work Corporation with all their support for the event.
 
The book was launched today at the  India International Centre in the honourable presence of 
Mr. Digvijay Singh - Hon’ General Secretary, Congress and other eminent personalities such as Shriman Mahant Raghumuniji Maharjaj- Shri Panchayati Akhada, Bada Udasin, Bhramansheel(Jamaat), Mahamandleshwar Shri Kailashanand Bramachariji- Panch Agni Akhada Siddh Peeth Darshan, Kali Mandir, Haridwar,Mahamandleshwar Swami Shri Harichetnanandji-  Harisewa Ashram, Haridwar, Acharya Dr. Vishnu Dutta Rakeshji, Ex. Director, Swami Shraddhanand Research & Publication Centre, Gurukul Kangdi University, Haridwar etc.
 
On this occasion, Mr. Digvijay Singh said. “It is really great to see people devoting their portion of important time for this cause. It will definitely add up more values and ethics to the society. He also added that this book will make a very noteworthy impact on the masses towards Kumbh but Religion on the whole. It is a great piece of work and it is essential to enrich the young and existing generation with such spiritual thoughts.  
 
The book is an attempt by the authors to interpret the hidden meanings and have tried to illustrate their experience in a pictorial form- a compilation of the most beautiful pictures from the Kumbh 2013.
 

Head of Kali Peeth Shri Kailashanandji opined that to write about the festival of Maha Kumbh as in this kind of epic form can only be done by the person who has the grace of Almighty and blessings of great Saints & our lives are graced being the part of this ceremony.
 
Mahant Raghumuni Maharajji said, “Kumbh signifies Indian tradition and Manoj Thakkar ji penned Kumbh as equivalent to a “GRANTH”. He emphasized that such a book which is parallel to a Granth is a once in a life time creation. He also added that this book will make a very noteworthy impact on the masses towards Kumbh but Religion on the whole.
 
 

Shri Manoj Thakkar, expressing his euphoria commented, “Our new book, lends an enchanting overview of the many aspects of the festival of Kumbh, the astrological, mythological, philosophical aspect, and endeavours to our readers and the innumerable participants of the Kumbh and its many traditions and history.”

He is an Executive Director at United Works Corporation and looks after the Foods vertical. This soft spoken gentleman puts his soul in his work and apart from the Kumbh travelled to other places as well during the making of the book to meet sadhus of different orders.
