Hero MotoCorp Ltd ended at Rs.3578.55, up by Rs.31.65 or 0.89% from its previous closing of Rs.3546.9 on the BSE.

The Indian equity market closed the week on a positive note as indices erased initial losses on Friday and closed higher. The upswing was aided by gains in auto, telecom, realty, utilities, finance, power, banking and pharma stocks.

The NSE Nifty closed with a gain of 35 points at 8,810. The NSE Nifty opened at 8,796 hitting a high of 8,824 and low of 8,768.
