Aster DM Healthcare Limited (Aster) is trading higher by 3% in opening trade on the NSE.

Th company informed the exchanges Monday post market hours that it has been operating pharmacies in Kuwait through its subsidiary, Aster Kuwait Pharmaceuticals and Medical Equipment Company W.L.L, which contributes towards 0.42% of the consolidated revenue of the Company. Further, the company intends to exit from the Kuwait market by shutting down the loss making operations of the pharmacies.

Aster DM Healthcare sold its loss-making pharmacies in Kuwait for 4,83,000 Kuwaiti Dinar.

Aster DM Healthcare Ltd is currently trading at Rs95.35 up by Rs2.85 or 3.08% from its previous closing of Rs92.50 on the BSE.
