Bulk Deals: From Gayatri Projects to Kitex Garments

Among other bulk deals that took place on the NSE, HSBC Small Cap Equity Fund has sold a 1.43% equity stake in CMI.

Following are the major bulk deals that took place on the stock exchanges on Tuesday. According to the bulk deal data, Champion Finsec sold 13.29 lakh equity shares in Gayatri Projects at Rs33.3 per share.

Whereas, Jinsha Nath C sold 4 lakh equity shares in Kitex Garments at Rs185.5 per share.

Among other bulk deals that took place on the NSE, HSBC Small Cap Equity Fund has sold a 1.43% equity stake in CMI.

HSBC Small Cap Equity Fund offloaded 2,29,700 equity shares in CMI at Rs52.01 per equity share on the NSE. HSBC Small Cap Equity Fund held a 1.87% equity stake in the company as of March 2021.

Juniper Equity India acquired 1.7 lakh equity shares in One Point One Solutions (or 0.67% of total paid-up equity) at Rs45.72 per share, the bulk deals data showed.

Also, Frontline Strategy offloaded 1.55 lakh equity shares in Patel Integrated Logistics at Rs26.17 per share. While Ankur Tilakchandra Khona sold 2 lakh equity shares in Vishwaraj Sugar Industries at Rs144.15 per share.

Stock view:

Kitex Garments Ltd is currently trading at Rs204.05 up by Rs18.55 or 10% from its previous closing of Rs185.50 on the BSE.

Patel Integrated Logistics Ltd is currently trading at Rs26 up by Rs0.3 or 1.17% from its previous closing of Rs25.70 on the BSE.

CMI Ltd is currently trading at Rs59.15 up by Rs5.35 or 9.94% from its previous closing of Rs53.80 on the BSE.

Gayatri Projects Ltd is currently trading at Rs35.35 up by Rs1.95 or 5.84% from its previous closing of Rs33.40 on the BSE.
