According to the bulk deal data released on Tuesday, Rare Enterprises, owned by Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, bought 50 lakh equity shares in Zee Entertainment Enterprises, representing 0.52% of the total paid-up equity, at a price of Rs220.44 per share on the NSE. The stake is valued at Rs110.22cr.

Also, BofA Securities Europe SA also acquired 48.65 lakh equity shares in Zee at Rs236.2 per share.

In another transaction, Vanaja Sundar acquired 5 lakh shares in Ami Organics at Rs910 per equity share and Vanaja Sundar Iyer bought 4 lakh shares at Rs909.97 per share on the NSE, the bulk deals data showed.

Further, Acacia Conservation Fund LP sold 3.61 lakh equity shares in Esab India at Rs2,235.28 per share. Whereas, Pramerica Mutual Fund was the buyer for some of shares, acquiring 2.7 lakh equity shares at Rs2,235 per share on the NSE.

Stock view:
Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd is currently trading at Rs265.20 up by Rs3.7 or 1.41% from its previous closing of Rs261.50 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs263.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs295.15 and Rs262 respectively.

Ami Organics Ltd is currently trading at Rs1,121.45 up by Rs186.9 or 20% from its previous closing of Rs934.55 on the BSE.
