Emami Paper Mills stock shines 3% as L&T MF buys 5.4% stake

Jekay International Track sold 0.77% stake in the company, while investor Parwati Devi Jalan sold 0.94% stake in the company, at Rs225 apiece.

Shares of Emami Paper Mills gained 3% after L&T mutual fund bought 5.42% stake in the company through multiple block deals on the BSE.

The fund house bought the 3.28 mn shares at Rs225 each.

Meanwhile, Jekay International Track sold 0.77% stake in the company, while investor Parwati Devi Jalan sold 0.94% stake in the company, at Rs225 apiece.

The stock is currently trading at Rs218, up by Rs6.95 or 3.29% from its previous closing of Rs211.05 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs219.9 and has touched a high and low of Rs221.8 and Rs215, respectively.
