Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has begun his Union Budget for 2014-15 speech in Lok Sabha today.
The FM said that fiscal prudence is of paramount importance and the Budget aims to lay down broad policy indications.
FY15 fiscal deficit target at 4.1% of GDP
FY17 fiscal deficit target at 3%
Slow decision making has resulted in loss of opportunity: FM.
