According to the media reports, GIC, Singapore government sold 70mn shares of DLF for Rs1,344cr through open market transaction on Monday.
GIC has sold nearly 6.8cr shares of the company at Rs191.01 per share, translating the deal at Rs1,298cr, as per NSE data. French investment fund Societe Generale has picked up 2.08cr shares of the company at Rs191 per share, the NSE data added.
GIC held around 7.32cr shares in DLF as on December 31, 2018. These shares were worth 4.11% stake in the realty company, the media report added.
DLF Ltd is currently trading at Rs185.90, up by Rs1.25 or 0.68% from its previous closing of Rs184.65 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs186 and has touched a high and low of Rs187.15 and Rs185.75 respectively.
