Hexaware Tech equity shares to be delisted from November 9; stock trades flat

The trading of company’s equity shares will be suspended from November 9 due to voluntary delisting.

Hexaware Technologies Limited trading in securities shall be suspended from November 2 due to voluntary delisting, as per SEBI guidelines. Shares will be delisted on November 9.

“BSE on October 19, 2020 has communicated that trading in the equity shares of the company will be discontinued with effect from November 2, 2020 and the equity shares will be delisted from BSE with effect from November 9, 2020,” company informed the exchanges on Monday," the company said.

“NSE on October 19, 2020, has communicated that the security, Hexaware Technologies Limited will be suspended from trading with effect from November 2, 2020 (i.e. with effect from closing hours of trading on October 30, 2020) and further the admission to dealings in the security, shall be withdrawn (delisted) from NSE with effect from November 9, 2020,” the company added.

Hexaware Technologies Ltd is currently trading at Rs468.10, up by Rs0.85 or 0.18% from its previous closing of Rs467.25 on the BSE.
