ICRA assigns ICRA A+ rating on Prism Johnson’s new entity; Stock ends lower

The credit rating agency has assigned a long-term rating of ICRA A+ on the debt of erstwhile Silica Ceramica Private Limited.

Prism Johnson Limited informed the exchanges Friday that ICRA Limited has assigned a long-term rating of ICRA A+ on the debt of erstwhile Silica Ceramica Private Limited which was recently transferred to the books of the Company pursuant to the Composite Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation.

The credit rating agency has rated Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) worth Rs50cr at ICRA A+ with Stable outlook.

Prism Johnson Ltd trade on Monday ended at Rs127.50 per piece, down by Rs1.5 or 1.16% from its previous closing of Rs129 per piece on the BSE.
