Infinite Computer Solutions rallies 8.5%

Infinite Computer Solutions India Ltd ended at Rs. 217.45, up by Rs. 17 or 8.48% from its previous closing of Rs. 200.45 on the BSE. The company announced that its board will meet on Wednesday, August 24, 2016 to consider a share buyback proposal.

The scrip opened at Rs. 205 and touched a high and low of Rs. 218.65 and Rs. 205 respectively. A total of 230076(NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 775.87 crore.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 touched a 52 week high of Rs. 268.3 on 12-Jan-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 141.3 on 08-Sep-2015. Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 203.95 and Rs. 189.65 respectively.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.87 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 3.73 % and 21.4 % respectively.

The stock traded above its 200 DMA.
