Ireland Minister Richard Bruton leads Mumbai Student Fair

Over 5 day, 3 city Enterprise Ireland/IDA Education Trade and investment mission to India

Education in Ireland, the government organisation, held an education fair at the Trident, in Mumbai On Wednesday.

Representatives from 17 universities attended and provided interested students and parents about their institutions and academic programs. The participating universities represent a wide range of academic programs and disciplines at undergraduate and graduate levels. 

Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, Richard Bruton TD commenting about the mission, “This Trade and Investment mission coincides with the Education in Ireland fairs in Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai and New Delhi. There is tremendous opportunity for education, trade and investment and we are confident that significant progress will be made for the benefit of both countries.”

Chairman of Enterprise Ireland, Terence O’Rourke said, “Irish education institutions and companies have already developed strong ties in India. This mission is all about building on this and I wish all those involved every success.”

The Irish Minister for Jobs Enterprise and Innovation Richard Bruton is in the Trident Hotel Nariman Point in Mumbai today to formally launch PaytoStudy.com in the Indian market place.
The fair will move to New Delhi on 23rd November.
