JM Financial Mutual Fund is launching NFO under its “Debt category”, named as JM Corporate Bond Fund. This open-ended fund will invest predominantly in AA+ and above rated corporate bonds with a relatively high interest rate risk and moderate credit risk.
Investment strategy: The scheme aims for short to medium-term income generation by investing predominantly in AA+ and above rated corporate bonds with a relatively high interest rate risk and moderate credit risk s while maintaining the optimum balance of yield, safety and liquidity.
Asset allocation: JM Financial Mutual Fund seeks to provide income generation to investors by investing in corporate bonds, government securities, money market instruments and units issued by REITs and InvITs.

Investors with moderate risk appetite and want to invest for regular income generation should invest in JM Corporate Bond Fund. Those who want to diversify their investments across companies of different market caps should invest in the fund.

The NFO is available for subscription from March 06 to March 20. The schemes will reopen for continuous sale and repurchase within five Business Days from the date of allotment. The fund offers systematic investment solutions like SIP and SWP to create a flexible investment plan. The minimum subscription amount is Rs 5,000/- and in multiples of any amount thereafter.
