JSW Steel board to consider fund raising via NCDs on July 24

JSW Steel said in the filing on Friday that the Board of Directors to consider raising of long term funds through the issuance of Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD) on July 24, 2020.

Also on July 24, the company to consider the Un-Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2020.

The stock ended at Rs193.30 down, by Rs4.05 or 2.05% from its previous closing of Rs197.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs196.45 and touched a high and low of Rs196.45 and Rs191.05 respectively.

Meanwhile, Moody's Investors Service (Moody’s) on Thursday has confirmed JSW Steel Limited's Ba2 corporate family rating (CFR) and Ba2 senior unsecured debt rating.
