Laurus Labs is planning a Rs 750-1,000 crore IPO, which is expected to hit the markets in the second half of the year, according to reports.
Report says that the company has mandated Citigroup, Jefferies and Kotak Securities as lead bankers for the issue.
The company is expected to dilute up to 25% stake in the share sale, says report.
