NLC India raises Rs500cr through allotment of bonds; Stock up ~2%

The company on Monday allotted 5000 numbers of Unsecured, Non-Cumulative, Non-Convertible, Bonds of the face value of Rs10 lakh each.

NLC India Limited has allotted 5000 numbers of Unsecured, Non-Cumulative, Non-Convertible, Redeemable, Taxable Bonds of the face value of Rs10 lakh each, aggregating to Rs500cr (Series Il of 2021) in the nature of Debentures on December 20, 2021. 

At around 11.06 am, NLC India Ltd was trading at Rs58.85 per piece up by Rs1.05 or 1.82% from its previous closing of Rs57.80 per piece on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs58 and has touched a high and low of Rs59.20 and Rs58 respectively.
