Oil and Natural Gas Corp (ONGC) said a board meeting has been convened on March 23 to consider and declare an interim dividend.

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGC) is scheduled to be held on Saturday, March 23, 2019, to consider and declare an Interim Dividend if any. March 27, 2019, will be the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of said Interim Dividend, if any, declared by the Board, as BSE filing.

Oil & Natural Gas Corp Ltd is currently trading at Rs153.05 down by Rs3.95 or 2.52% from its previous closing of Rs157 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs157 and has touched a high and low of Rs157.40 and Rs152.50 respectively.

Meanwhile, IOC said its board at a meeting on Tuesday approved payment of Rs1.50 per share of 15% in second interim dividend for 2018-19 to shareholders. The dividend will be credited to the account of the shareholders or the dividend warrant in respect thereof will be dispatched on or before April 10, 2019," the company said in the BSE filing.

Indian Oil Corporation Ltd is currently trading at Rs157.45 down by Rs4.65 or 2.87% from its previous closing of Rs162.10 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs162.30 and has touched a high and low of Rs162.50 and Rs156.85 respectively.
