Rohit Ferro-Tech slips 1%

The company's lenders has invoked strategic debt restructuring (SDR) in the company.

Rohit Ferro-Tech Ltd ended lower 1% at Rs.5.2 on Monday said in a notice to BSE that its lenders has invoked strategic debt restructuring (SDR) in the company.

The scrip opened at Rs. 5.18 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 5.2 and Rs. 5.15 respectively. So far 12293(NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 58.6 crore.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 9.7 on 20-Feb-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 4.5 on 19-Nov-2015. Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 5.59 and Rs. 5.12 respectively.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 72 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0 % and 28 % respectively.
The stock is currently trading above its 200 DMA.
