Satin Creditcare Network reports 5.3% qoq AUM growth to Rs7,247cr; Stock ends 5% down

During FY21, the Company raised Rs4,312cr including Direct Assignment Transactions of Rs743cr.

Satin Creditcare Network Limited has informed to the Exchange regarding the quarterly business update in FY21.
  • The Company’s AUM stood at Rs7,274cr as on 31st March 2021, a growth of 5.3% qoq, indicating that the growth has started kicking in;
  • For FY21, the Company maintained sufficient liquidity of Rs1,469cr;
  • During FY21, the Company raised Rs4,312cr including Direct Assignment Transactions of Rs743cr;
  • During FY21, the Company successfully completed its Rights Issue of Rs120cr to strengthen the capital base. Out of this, ~Rs90cr are already received by the Company;
  • The Collection Efficiency trend is: December 20 – 98.2%, January 21 – 95.6%, February 21 – 97.3%, March 21 – 105.0%.
The stock has touched an intraday high and low of Rs99.45 per piece and Rs96.75 per piece respectively in early trading hours.
Satin Creditcare Network ended at Rs96.75 apiece down by Rs5.05 or 4.96% from its previous closing of Rs101.80 apiece on the BSE.
