  • Markets to open on a flat to positive note; support @14,200, resistance at 14,500.
  • FIIs sold shares worth Rs1746.43cr (cash), sold Rs232.76cr in index futures.
  • US markets closed with marginal losses on Monday. Asian Markets opened in the green on Tuesday.
  • Brent crude was 0.22% higher at $63.42 per barrel.
  • TCS reported 6.3% sequential growth in Q4FY21 consolidated profit at Rs9,246cr while revenue grew by 4% qoq to Rs43,705cr. Revenue growth in constant currency stood at 4.2 % qoq.
  • SEBI fined Yes Bank Rs25cr ($3.33 million), stating that the bank had fraudulently sold certain risky bonds to mom-and-pop investors without the necessary warnings and risk assessments.

  • Satin Creditcare Network’s assets under management (AUM) stood at Rs7,274cr as on March 2021, a growth of 5.3% qoq, indicating that the growth has started kicking in, said Satin, adding for FY21, the company maintained sufficient liquidity of Rs1,469cr and raised Rs4,312cr including direct assignment transactions of Rs743cr.
  • CARE assigned 'A-' rating (stable outlook) to Texmaco Infrastructure & Holdings’ long term bank facilities and 'A1' rating to short term bank facilities, which factored in company's plan to venture into real estate segment.
