Trigyn Technologies' subsidiary secures multi-year deal from New York City; stock rallies ~13%

Trigyn Technologies Limited informed that its wholly-owned subsidiary Trigyn Technologies, Inc. received an Enterprise Task Order Agreement for Citywide Systems Integration Services (SI), Class I, by the City of New York (City), Department of Information Technology & Telecommunications (DoITT).

The award is for a maximum period of six (6) years, beginning January 1, 2023, and ending December 31, 2029, with an initial three (3) year term and one (1) three (3) year extension at the option of the City.

The Systems Integration Services include designing, installing, and fully integrating projects into live operating environments, as well as analyzing existing technological environments, such as hardware, software, live operations, and transaction volumes; designing and developing new systems; and adding on to or modifying existing architecture, such as single platform computer systems and distributed systems, stated company in its media release.

All New York City organisations, departments, and offices can use the Systems Integration Services. This award will help Trigyn’s Public Sector business grow further.

At around 9.28 AM, Trigyn Technologies was trading at Rs123.05 up by 12.89% from its previous closing of Rs109 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs115.95.
