Acuite Ratings & Research Limited has downgraded the credit rating of Walchandnagar Industries Limited. The credit rating agency downgraded the rating on the company’s long-term instruments Rs242cr to Acuite C downgraded from Acuiste BB/ Negative.

The rating on short-term instruments Rs594.11cr was downgraded to Acuite A4 from A4+.

At around 9.56 am, Walchandnagar Industries Limited was trading at Rs63.45 per piece up Rs0.90 or 1.44% on the BSE.
