Master Chef Sanjeev Kapoor unveils his restaurant Sura Vie

First launched in Connaught Place in 2011, Sura Vie by tyc now unveils its second outlet at Punjabi Bagh on June 12th, 2014 from 7:00 PM onwards. If you are looking to celebrate an occasion or just enjoy a delightful meal with friends or family, Sura Vie by tyc is the place you should be. The menu is a fine compilation of super recipes from cuisines across the world and some carefully crafted fusion dishes. Keeping in mind the theme of the food, their cocktail list showcases some of the best classical and contemporary favorites of all time along with a wide selection of the best international and premium spirits, beers and wines. They also offer you a delectable Sunday brunch to ease you back in the week.

SKRPL (SK Restaurants Pvt. Ltd.) headed by Rajeev Matta, which manages all Chef Sanjeev Kapoors restaurant brands, is making waves in the restaurant industry in India and abroad. They have already opened 38 outlets and would be adding substantial numbers in the coming months with many of them signed up in recent past. SKRPL is carrying forward the dreams of Masterchef Sanjeev Kapoor by bringing tasty food amidst appealing ambiance.

After completing his B.Sc (Hons) in Physics from Delhi University, Naveet Gupta, franchisee owner of Sura Vie by tyc, Punjabi Bagh,went ahead and completed masters in business administration from AIMA, Delhi. He joined the business in the year 1995 and since then is actively involved in all the businesses of the group.

On this occasion, Gupta said, I wanted to open an Indian restaurant to diversify & liked chefs recipes, tastes & presentation. I am so happy fulfilling this obligation today. 

As a grand finale, the festivities culminated into a magnificent dinner with the Master Chef, a befitting end to an eventful evening. Offerings from the outlet were at its best display.  

At the launch of his Punjabi Bagh outlet, Chef Sanjeev Kapoor said, I am delighted to be in West Delhi to launch the Sura Vie by tycconcept. My first project of Sura Vie by tyc had also started in Delhi and the response from the people of Connaught Place prompted me to look at other opportunities within this city. We always do a lot of research on the menu and deliver exactly what our patrons want. The delectable variety of our menu will have something to satiate everyones palate.

The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner. It will be a preferred fine-dining destination in times to come.
