Further, the Register of Members and and Share transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Friday, August 11, 2023 to Thursday, August 17, 2023 (both the days inclusive) for taking on record the members of the Company. Please find enclosed the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2022-23 Please find attached Notice of AGM for FY 2022-23 to be held on August 17, 2023 at 4.30 pm. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 25.07.2023) Please find enclosed herewith Voting results and a copy of Scrutinizer report of Annual General Meeting held on August 17, 2023.
