| With reference to the captioned subject, it is hereby informed that the 34th Annual General Meeting of the Company shall be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 4.00 p.m. at the registered office of the Company. With reference to our earlier communication dated 3rd September, 2026 on the captioned subject, this is to inform you that an inadvertent error was noticed in Note 12(a) - Equity Share Capital forming part of the Annual Report enclosed therewith. The corrected Annual Report, duly rectifying the said Note, is enclosed herewith for your record. This letter, along with the corrected Annual Report, supersedes and replaces our earlier submission dated 3rd September, 2026 in its entirety. Further, the Company has availed the remote e-voting facility, which shall commence from Saturday, 26th September, 2026 (9.00 a.m.) to Tuesday, 29th September, 2026 (5.00 p.m.). The Company has fixed Friday, 18th September, 2026 as the Cut-off Date for determining the eligibility of members to vote by remote e-voting or physical ballot at the 34th AGM.
