Barak Valley Cements Limited is an India-based cement producing company in the North-Eastern Region. The Company is principally engaged in the business of manufacturing and selling of cement of different grades and is marketing its product under the brand name Valley Strong Cement. Its segments include Cement and Power. The Company also has diversified its business in Power Generation and Tea Cultivation lines through its subsidiaries. It caters to Tripura, Mizoram and Barak Valley Region consisting of customers, contractors, builders, institutions and Government Agencies. Its product portfolio includes both Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) and Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC). The Company's manufacturing unit is located at Jhoom Basti, Devendranagar, Badarpurghat, Karimganj, Assam. The Company's subsidiaries include Badarpur Energy Private Limited, Meghalaya Minerals & Mines Limited, Cement International Limited, Valley Strong Cements (Assam) Limited.
