Samtex Fashions Ltd. is an India-based company, which is engaged primarily in the business of manufacturing of ready-made garments and also in the trading activity of food grains. The Company’s products include jackets, ladies’ trousers, men trousers, and shorts and skirts. The Company’s manufacturing unit is spread over an area of approximately 32000 square meters and manufactures distinguished garments for export to stores in the United States and Europe, as well as domestic brands in the fashion industry. The Company has two subsidiaries namely, SSA International Limited and Arlin Foods Limited. The Company has no manufacturing and other business operations. It has not generated any revenue.
