Public issue of 63,15,800 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 38 per equity share inclusive of premium aggregating Rs. 24.00 crores including promoters contribution of 22,57,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 38 per equity share and 5000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each being offered to Centrum Capital Limited on a firm basis at a price of Rs. 38 per equity share inclusive of premium. Thus net offer to the public is 40,53,800 equity shares of Rs. 10/- for cash at a price of Rs. 38 per equity shares inclusive of premium. The face value of the equity shares is Rs. 10/- and the issue price of Rs. 38 is 3.8 times of the face value. The net issue constitutes 25.65% of the post issue paid up capital of Cambridge Technology Enterprises Limited.
