Public issue of 5,635,950 equity shares of Rs. 10 each for cash at a price of Rs. 75 per equity share aggregating Rs.42.27 crores, comprising a fresh issue of 5,175,667 equity shares by Accel Frontline Limited (Company or Issuer) and an offer for sale of 460,283 equity shares by Intel Pacific, Inc., (Intel or the Selling Shareholder). The fresh issue and the offer for sale are jointly referred to herein as the Issue. 563,595 equity shares will be reserved in the issue for subscription by eligible employees (the employee reservation portion). The issue less the employee reservation portion shall be hereinafter referred to as the net offer to the public.
