NBCC (India) will complete the construction of pending 22,000 flats in Amrapali group projects in Noida and Greater Noida by March 2025.

NBCC has already finished constructing around 16,000 units across various projects, with 12 Amrapali projects in Noida and Greater Noida already completed. There are a total of 26 Amrapali projects assigned to NBCC for completion, including 11 in Noida, 14 in Greater Noida, and one in Manesar.

Currently, 14 projects are under execution, involving a workforce of approximately 10,000 people across various projects. NBCC aims to complete construction in all pending projects by March 2025 and deliver flats to homebuyers.

Registries for 6,000 to 7,000 apartments have already been executed, and the process of handing over another 10,000 flats to homebuyers has begun.

According to NBCC, there were 46,575 apartments across 25 housing projects, and ASPIRE (Amrapali Stalled Projects Investments Reconstruction Establishment) was formed to complete the projects through NBCC in 2019.

As a project management consultant, NBCC is mandated to complete the remaining 38,159 units with an estimated cost of ₹8,266 Crore. Close to 6,000 units have been sold in the Amrapali Group with a sale value of close to ₹3,500 Crore.
