MTAR Technologies operates in high-precision engineering segments catering to civil nuclear power, clean energy, space and defence.

The project will be implemented on a Build-Own-Operate-Transfer basis with a 40-year lease period, after which the asset will be transferred to the Arunachal Pradesh government.

The inspection at the Andhra Pradesh facility was carried out between December 8 and December 17, 2025.

Under the first contract, the consortium will handle the collection and transportation of about 650 metric tonnes of waste per day from Mumbai’s A, B, C and D wards.

The company plans to issue up to 6.61 crore equity shares of face value ₹5 each at an issue price of ₹120.88 per share, including a premium of ₹115.88.

With this latest investment, the total paid-up capital of the overseas unit, Wendt GmbH, has increased to €1.65 million.

Ola Electric clarified that this share sale represents a one-time, limited monetisation of the founder's personal stake to fully settle the loan.

The company also plans to invest up to ₹1,020 crore to develop a 450-bed super speciality hospital in Pune, marking a significant expansion in Maharashtra.
