Escorts Kubota’s agri & commercial President Shenu Agarwal quits

The company accepted his resignation on September 21, 2022.

Escorts Kubota Limited informed that Shenu Agarwal has resigned from the post of President, Agri & Construction Business to pursue alternative career interests elsewhere.

The company accepted his resignation on September 21, 2022. However, he will continue to work with the company till November 2022.

We will soon announce the organisational restructuring that will revitalise the firm and establish Escorts Kubota Limited (EKL) as a leading player in all important sectors where we service, said the company in filing with exchanges.

The company said that Shenu Agarwal's role will not be fully replaced. EKL will become flatter, more customer-focused organisation with direct management.

The company also highlighted that Shenu Agarwal is not a designated Key Managerial Person as per the Companies Act, 2013.

At around 9.33 AM, Escorts Kubota was trading at Rs2,101.95 per piece, up by 0.9% from its previous closing of Rs2,083.10 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs2,084.95 and touched intraday high and low of Rs2,121.10 and Rs2,073.30 respectively.
