With reference to the above stated subject, please find enclosed herewith the Newspaper clippings of Notice of 33rd Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on Friday, June 23, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) without the physical presence of the Members at a common venue, published in Business Standard (English) and Prajasakti (Telugu) on May 31, 2023. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 31.05.2023) Outcome of the 33rd Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 23rd June 2023. Submission of Voting Results pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Report of Scrutinizer pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 - Reg.
