Thursday, August 3, 2023 has approved convening of the 15th AGM of the Company on Friday, September 1, 2023 through VC/OAVM. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 03.08.2023) We enclose herewith a copy of the Annual Report of the Company for Financial Year 2022-23 along with Notice of the 15th AGM scheduled to be held on Friday, September 1, 2023 at 2:30 p.m. (IST) being held through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM).
