AGM 04/08/2023 We wish to inform that the 64th Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 04 August 2023 at 03.30 p.m. through Video Conference (VC) and Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 29 July 2023 to Friday, 04 August 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company and for the payment of final dividend on equity shares, if declared. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 12.07.2023) Pursuant to Regulation 44 (3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, attached are the voting results of the 64th Annual General Meeting of the Company along with the Scrutinizers Report. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 05.08.2023)
