AGM 30/09/2023 1. The Board approved and taken on record the Notice & Directors Report and its annexures for the financial year ending as on March 31, 2023 2. The Board approved to conduct the 18th Annual General Meeting of the Company at the registered office of the Company on 30th September, 2023. 3. The Board decided to close the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books for the 18th Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain close from 24th September 2023 to 30th September 2023 (both days inclusive). The cutoff date for e-voting is 22nd September 2023. 4. E-voting for the purpose of Annual General Meeting shall be activated from 27th September 2023 (9:00 A.M. IST) to 29th September 2023 (5:00 P.M. IST) We hereby inform that the Board of Directors had decided to keep Friday, 22nd September, 2023 as the record date for the purpose of e-voting at the 18th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Saturday, 30th September, 2023.
