Apollo Hospitals released its Q4FY24 results on thursday. Apollo Hospitals reported a 77% increase in consolidated net profit for Q4FY24, reaching ₹258 Crore. This is up from ₹146 Crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year.
Revenue for the quarter grew by 15% year-on-year to ₹4,944 Crore, compared to ₹4,302 Crore in the corresponding quarter the previous year.
The company’s board recommended a final dividend of ₹10 per share for FY2023-24, with 17 August 2024 set as the record date.
Dr. Prathap C Reddy was re-appointed as a whole-time director and Executive Chairman for a two-year term starting 25 June 2024, pending shareholder approval.
On May 30, Apollo Hospitals’ shares closed 2.5% lower at ₹5,761 each on the BSE. At the time of writing, shares were trading at ₹5761, trading 2.5% lower. The stock has gained 24% in the last one year, and 0.23% since the beginning of the year.
